Breaking: 15 Nepali Players Registered in IPL 2022 Player Auction

The player registration for the upcoming auction of Indian Premier League 2022 was closed on 20th January and the official website of Indian Premier League listed the number of players registered from each country. Among the 318 overseas players, 15 of them are from Nepal.

According to the official IPL site, a total of 1,214 players register for IPL 2022 Player Auction among which 896 are Indian and 318 are overseas players.

The following players have been registered by CAN for IPL, 2022 auction.

4. Kushal Bhurtel

5. Rohit Paudel

6. Sushan Bhari

7. Arif Sheikh

8. Abinash Bohora

9. Binod Bhandari

10. Sharad Vesawkar

12. Karan KC

13. Sompal Kami

14. Dipendra Singh Airee

15. Sandeep Lamichhane

The two-day Mega Auction will see 10 Teams bidding for the players with two brand new teams.

The players list incorporates 270 capped, 903 uncapped and 41 Associate players.

The detailed list is as below:    

  • – Capped Indian (61 players)
  • – Capped International (209 players)
  • – Associate (41 players)
  • – Uncapped Indians who were a part of previous IPL seasons (143 players)
  • – Uncapped International who were a part of previous IPL seasons (6 players)
  • – Uncapped Indians (692 players)
  • – Uncapped Internationals (62 players)
