The player registration for the upcoming auction of Indian Premier League 2022 was closed on 20th January and the official website of Indian Premier League listed the number of players registered from each country. Among the 318 overseas players, 15 of them are from Nepal.
According to the official IPL site, a total of 1,214 players register for IPL 2022 Player Auction among which 896 are Indian and 318 are overseas players.

The two-day Mega Auction will see 10 Teams bidding for the players with two brand new teams.
The players list incorporates 270 capped, 903 uncapped and 41 Associate players.
